- Right now, we have more questions than answers when it comes to DAO discoverability and the employment landscape.
- When a new member joins a Discord channel, the onboarding process should let the individual know how to get involved and contribute.
- The DAOs are not there yet in providing role clarity and career pathing.
- A role of a manager (leader) in a DAO:
- Clarifying the organizational structure
- Imagination: helping people see possibilities because DAOs is such a different space
- A community mapping should show who is working on what in the community space.
- Why is the organizational structure that is currently being created in the DAO ecosystem better than the traditional org structure?
- Freedom to contribute to and collaborate with many different DAOs
- Diversity of ideas
- Forging something new and entertaining new possibilities
- Traditional employment benefits should be decoupled from any one place of employment.
- They should be personalized and available to everyone.
- When people enter the DAO space, they need to first learn about blockchain and understand why it is so significantly different and revolutionary.
